Steve Jobs' resignation late Wednesday certainly took the world by storm. Now, the authorized biography, Steve Jobs: A Biography, will include all the details surrounding the now former Apple CEO's departure. Despite the sudden news, the biography of the iconic figure is still due to hit bookstores this November.
Simon & Schuster, the book's publisher, said that the biography would include yesterday's announcement given from Jobs' point of view.
According to Simon & Schuster spokeswoman Tracey Guest, the biography's author, Walter Isaacson, still "speaks to Jobs regularly and is still working on the final chapter of the book."
The book is promising interviews with Jobs' ex-girlfriends, foes, family, and fired colleagues. Additionally, Jobs didn't request to review the book before going to print. While there are multitudes of biographies on Jobs, this is the first with his permission.
