Say what you will about Bill Gates--love him or hate him, the man gives a great interview. Last night proved no exception to the rule as the Microsoft founder and his father sat down for a bit of a chat with Larry King on CNN. Over the course of the sit-down, Gates spoke about the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's work, Facebook, and his relationship with Steve Jobs.
Not even trying to hide his admiration for his oft-timed nemeisis, Gates called Jobs "brilliant," and admitted that he's "done very good work." Gates also conceded to King that he and Jobs enjoyed sparring with one another. Folks, what we got here is a bromance!
Gates' respect for Jobs didn't stop him from riffing on the iPad, however. When questioned by King about the device, Gates voiced his disdain for Cupertino's latest hotness saying that it "still isn't the device that I would take to a meeting," citing the absense of a pen input.
