Hey, remember a while back when we told you about the custom car dashboard featuring a built-in iPad mini? Yeah, that was kind of amazing. But the team at Carbuzz have taken things even further (albeit virtually). A new tongue-in-cheek post at the enthusiast site asks what an Apple-designed vehicle might look like, right down to the tricky issue of maintenance.
Carbuzz.co.uk is an online service aimed at helping you find your next ride. But the site also features a blog, covering news and hands-on reviews of new cars. If you weren't previously aware, the late Steve Jobs worked on more than just Mac and iPod designs; he was allegedly interested in building an Apple car.

Among the ideas presented in the Carbuzz imagining of an Apple "iCar" are funny -- yet somehow on point -- concepts like yearly updates to the vehicle's features, and other pokes at the Apple ethos.
"Fuel fillers are a standard size across pretty much all cars - meaning you can fill a Ferrari from the same pump that’s just been used to fill a Fiat," reads the post. "Not so with the iCar - Apple would insist all filling stations adopt special pumps sizes specifically for iCars. Because they can."
Swipe-to-open doors, patent suits over white paint, inaccessible maintenance: Carbuzz got it pretty much on the nose. Be sure to head over to the site to read the whole blog.
Unfortunately, we'll never really know what Jobs had in mind for the iCar. But you can bet on one thing: it probably wouldn't have a license plate and would always be parked in a handicapped space.
