If there's one thing we can't abide, it's the awful, low-priced design software companies have dished out for years on the Mac -- which is why we're so excited to see a quality developer like Chronos reinvent the wheel with one of their own.
Chronos offered a sneak preview of its latest Mac application on Thursday called PrintLife, which the company is billing as the "easiest way to design and print everything."
Although PrintLife won't ship until next month, the creator of iScrapbook and other design-centric Mac applications have posted a detailed look at what to expect from its latest creation, with plenty of free artwork and templates to make virtually any kind of print project a breeze.
"Throw away the cheesy clip art and clumsy design software of yesteryear," the company's website explains. "Toss aside those corny templates that were too embarrassing to actually use. Welcome to PrintLife, the modern app for designing and printing almost anything: Labels, greeting cards, envelopes, fax covers, invitations, collages, business cards, flyers, posters, photo pages, and more."
PrintLife requires OS X 10.7 or above and a single license costs only $49.99; preorder your copy before June 13, 2013 from the Chronos website using the coupon code print2013 and you'll receive a 50 percent discount on the application, which ships on July 5.
