The San Diego Comic-Con 2011 is well underway this week, and with it comes a treasure trove of special deals, many of which have little to do with comic books (then again, most of Comic-Con fits that description… but we digress). For example: If you’re had your painter’s eye on ArtRage for iPad, now is your chance to practically steal it for cheap.
Ambient Design has announced a special one week only deal on their popular ArtRage for iPad app. Through Wednesday, July 27, 2011, iPad owners can grab the app at the Comic-Con Special Discount of only 99 cents -- a huge savings off the usual $6.99 the app usually sells for in the App Store. Best of all, you don’t even have to be in San Diego right now to take advantage of the savings!
ArtRage for iPad is priced at only 99 cents this week “to inspire the artistic Comic-Con San Diego community to use ArtRage for the most realistic painting experience on the iPad,” the company’s press release explains. “Available only during Comic-Con, the largest comic book and popular arts convention in the world, the Discount is open to all during the show week.”
ArtRage for iPad is available at the 99-cent discounted price through Wednesday, July 27; the 8.5MB download from the App Store requires iOS 3.2 or later and is compatible with all iPad models.
