Could Micro Projectors be in the iPhone's Future?
DigiTimes reported that Foxlink, a Taiwan-based manufacturing partner of Foxconn, supplier of fine iPhone parts, is developing its own micro-projector technology that could be embedded into the iPhone, iPod touch, and other mobile devices, according to sources close to the manufacturer. Foxlink is planning to release the built-in micro projector in partnership with their tier 1 smartphone makers, such as Nokia, Samsung Electronics and Apple.
