EA and Hothead Games released and announcement regarding their game DeathSpank. According to the announcement, PC and Mac users will be able to join in on the fun starting on October 26. Pre-ordering for this game starts today on Steam, with a 10% discount on all pre-orders.
"Bringing the game to PC and Mac was a direct response to the repeated requests by our fans and we are thrilled that DeathSpank has become so popular and such a phenomenon, ensuring that we can fulfill those requests," said Vlad Ceraldi, director of game development at Hothead Games. "The humor, story and core gameplay elements in DeathSpank were all inspired by some of our favorite PC games."
Steam is currently offering a discount if you pre-order the game starting today. The game sells for $14.99, but with the discount, you can grab it for $13.49. There is also "Shank and 'Spank" bundle that gets you both DeathSpank and Shank games at a 15% discount at $25.48 instead of $29.98.
DeathSpank doesn't support online play, but does have support for local co-op play. You can check out the game on Steam for more information.
