Dexter to Bleed All Over the App Store

At tonight's Comic-Con panel for Dexter, special guest, Mark Ecko revealed that our favorite serial killer/blood-splatter expert will be taking up residence on the iPhone/iPod touch.
Players will use gesture controls, text messages and phone calls to "interact" with the Dexter experience. Ecko simulated stabbing with an iPhone while talking about using the accelerometer for the game. No footage of the game was shown and no details about release date or pricing was shared.
Whether or not you have to cover your walls in clear plastic while playing, also wasn't disclosed.
