E3 2011: Grilli3D Offers 3D Laminate for iOS Devices

Amidst a slew of loud, flashy, zillion-dollar displays at E3 2011, a small stand with several iPhones, iPod touches and iPads stood relatively alone.
Still, they were offering something interesting.
The product in question was the Grilli3D, a 3D laminate which can be attached to your iOS device and allows you to watch 3D content on your iOS device without requiring 3D glasses.
To achieve this, Grilli3D recently teamed up with NXP to create the the CineXPlayer 3D, an iOS app that allows the user to watch 2D content that can be translated on the fly to 3D.
The Grilli pad retails for $29.95 for the iPad model and $14.95 for the iPhone and iPod touch model.
The CineXPlayer app requires iOS 3.2 or later to install and run and retails for $2.99.
