EA Being Prepped As Launch Partner For Tablet
While there continues to be speculation as to what all Apple's tablet will have to offer to the world, a PocketGamer in the UK found out via the Wall Street Journal, that supposedly Electronic Arts will have a large presence at the January 27th event.
The report says, "Apple is also working with video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc. to show off the tablet's game capabilities."
EA has already supported game development on the iPhone and iPod touch with some of its biggest hits in FIFA, Madden and The Sims.
Many other gaming companies such as Gameloft, PopCap, Digital Chocolate and Freeverse will probably be expected to quickly follow suit.

AppleTV was the one that they asked for a survey on to find out what you'd like to see in the next AppleTV, not the Touch... The main thing they were concerning about on the AppleTV was gaming, this logic of EA being at the event could well mean they are finally releasing a gaming platform for the TV, in AppleTV Redo Part 2! Not that they are looking for playing games on the iTablet as much as the TV... It's beyond time they blew Microsoft off the ladder of console gaming...
