Now that all the problems in Washington have been solved, everyone has got something to say about the iPhone 4. You may have heard earlier today that New York senator Charles Schumer has written an open letter to Apple CEO Steve Jobs, asking the Cupertino-based company to explain the real reason behind the iPhone 4's reception problems. Schumer also added that the proposed solutions have been "insufficient." He's not alone in feeling this kind of frustration.
The View's co-host and technology expert </sarcasm>, Whoopi Goldberg, also had a bit to say about her iPhone 4 on this morning's show. More specifically, she detailed how she murdered her iPhone 4. Fortunately for Whoopi, she's got plenty of Benjamins to cover the cost of a new one--heck, maybe she'll even switch to Android. But here at Mac|Life, we strongly suggest you refrain from smashing your mobile device on the floor and instead take a few deep breaths. If all else fails, just tell yourself that it's all AT&T's fault.
"The View's co-host and technology expert, Whoopi Goldberg, " Since when is Whoopi a technology expert. And I quote "It threw away the emails, and it didn't take stuff in" I'm glad that she uses such technological terms, being the technology expert that she is.
@mob1278, well said. If you don't like the phone, are having the death grip issue, RETURN IT!!! You're the stupid fuck that is keeping a device that doesn't work for you. Apple has agreed to waive the restocking fee, so you are out nothing. Instead of bitching on every blog site that you can find, demanding that Apple institute a massive recall, FUCKING RETURN YOUR IPHONE AND BUY A DROID X OR SOMETHING. I swear, my 3 year old has more common sense than the majority of the people that comment on this site. Fucking idiots.

I'm sorry if I offend those with this comment however, I "CAN" replicate the signal lost but it does not bother me one bit, it does not stop my work flow nor does it cause me to drop any calls. Apple has been on top for a long time with this phone and it seems that everyone is throwing them under the bus. I say fuck you all and true Apple fans will appreciate that! I know the company will address the issue no matter what, do I think they knew of a "TRUE" antenna problem no, do I think they knew that some attenuation would happen yes! I don't think they realized that it would be as bad as those are trying to make it. MY QUESTION IS WHY THE HELL DID ALL THESE PEOPLE GO OUT AND BUY THIS PHONE AND THEN WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THAT IT CAUSES PROBLEMS, WHY IN THE HELL DIDN'T YOU GO TAKE THE FUCKER BACK AND GET SOMETHING ELSE? SIMPLE ANSWER, BECAUSE APPLE MAKES THE BEST FUCKING TECHNOLOGICAL COMPUTER GENERATED SHIT ON THIS PLANET AND YOU FUCKERS CAN NOT LIVE W/O THEM. Ok, so I got that out.....now if Apple said oh we will give everyone all free cases or bumpers in black and a $50 itunes card, all this shit will go away, and it will only be given to those who purchased the phone up until Friday period!
