Developers that have splintered off from the main team that worked on the classic 2007 PC/Mac/console game Bioshock have announced that they've formed a new studio. They're also showing off their very first game that will eventually be making its way to mobile platforms including iOS.
The game is called Epoch and appears to feature a sort of badass Wall-E. It's a robot wandering in a bombed-out apocalypse firing large weapons at other robots. Which is pretty close to how we remember Wall-E. But seriously, we're not sure on the plot just yet, but gameplay so far seems to be something akin to a cover-based gallery shooter.
Today we're getting our first sneak peak at the in-progress production from Uppercut Games. There aren't a lot of details currently available, but thankfully they've released a trailer to whet our appetites in lieu of concrete information.
