This morning's iPhone OS 4.0 announcement not only brought forth tales of multitasking, new dev tools, and a prettier home screen, but it also revealed that our inboxes will be getting a makeover, too.
The Mail app has just gotten better with unified inboxes. Now you'll be able to access all of your email from one page, without having to sift through each account for your messages. And, for you workaholics, multiple Exchange accounts will now be supported, with faster inbox switching that will take only one or two taps.

Frankly, I like having the strong divisions between my mailboxes. It keeps my different personas separate and helps with the mental health.
