Apple may be a great company that sells terrific products, but there is one area in which it does not excel: giving discounts. Black Friday sales only trimmed prices from 5% to 10%--not much of a bargain.
But there are deals to be had, and they can be found at iTunes. For an unspecified yet limited time, Apple is offering albums under $5, movies under $10, and TV shows under $10.
Samples of what’s cheapskates have to look forward to: the Beach Boys’ Pet Sounds and The Band’s Best of the Band; Zoolander and The Big Lebowski; and This American Life and The Riches.
Because Apple has not stated when the sale will end, fans who wait too long to buy The Beach Boys’ Wouldn’t It Be Nice, might find themselves paying full price. And that wouldn’t be nice.
