We've all read the bites now from Apple's earnings reports, about the demand for the iPad being staggering. But once it gets put into graph format, especially compared with other Apple consumer products, can one really get a feel for what the iPad has done for Cupertino and Co.
The above chart from Silicon Alley Insider gives an idea to the effect that the iPad has had on Apple's revenue numbers. Apple's COO Tim Cook made mention yesterday about how huge iPad adoption has been and it's breaking the traditional early adopter mold.
Despite the staggering sales though, iPhone numbers, which would include the 1.7 million iPhone 4s from last quarter, are slightly down for the second quarter in a row. Perhaps this could change if the iPhone goes to networks other than AT&T?
