WhereIsTheQuality

The graphical implementation was well done. Too bad they didn't put in any time to allowing direct feedback. So people could point out things like the 18 suicides given the number of employees and their age range is lower than most US cities. And that the 50 threatening suicide were explicitly working on products for different companies that had significantly worse worker conditions requirements.

Instead they will just pour out random statements and facts out of context and not listen to any feedback or qualify their statements.

At least their call to action at the end was reasonable, asking people to resell their devices rather than recycling them, and asking people to skip 1 generation.

the author would do better to expose walmart...
there is an expose waiting for scandal...
the no 1 welfare fraud corporation in the world, corporate welfare fraud...
talk about how walmart employs huge numbers of its work force just 30 minutes short benefits, including health...
or,
do one about corporate health insurance fraud, how 50,000,000 americans can be forced to live without health care...
or,
stick to it stories??

americans love to bash success...
being politically correct seems to take priority...
nothing financially accurate in the entire bash...
what numbers?
and foxcom is china's responsibility, not anyone else's...
before chinese sweat shops there were japanese sweatshops, so...?
let us not forget that china is the home of the cardboard meat hamburger scandal, too...

Explain to me how they know how many die of air pollution. How do you prove that?

Whoa, way to bait-and-switch. I can respect MacLife editors having political views and a right to express them, but sorry, resorting to trickery to get people to read them is classless.

Problem is that this is all anti-Apple propaganda.

All the FoxConnn accusations were disproven in regard to Apple.

This isn't about the cost of the iPhone, this is about what an "evil" company Apple is and what "evil" people iPhone users are. As JSHell said, spare us the liberal, hate-mongering propaganda...

I.Cat

And the irony? You can't view it on an iPhone...

jshell

Oh God... spare me the liberal propaganda...
