Apple released the latest beta version of iOS 5 as well as the latest version of iTunes 10.5 to developers today. It is not clear yet what the latest iOS 5 build, 9A5259f according to a report from AppleInsider, will address.
Claiming access to "those familiar with the new build," AppleInsider states that iMessage on iOS 5 beta 3 will not communicate with a device running iOS 5 beta 1. Also, the new build addresses allegedly issues with AirPlay mirroring as well as notification problems with the new Reminders app.
The iOS 5 beta 3 release today came with a list of known issues, as developers and Apple continue to work out the bugs. iOS 5 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is slated to be released, in its final shining glory and over 200 new features, to users this fall.
