The developers of the awesome-looking upcoming multiplayer first-person shooter, Warm Gun, have announced that they'll also be releasing a single-player component for the game absolutely free.
Emotional Robots is trying something a bit unique with the release of this game. Rather than releasing the whole game at once for a fixed price, Warm Gun: Carnival of Bullets (the single player mode) will release completely free of charge. The multiplayer mode will be available for $4.99 as an in-app-purchase.
If you're not familiar with Warm Gun, it's a first-person-shooter set in a sort of post-apocalyptic wild west. You can watch the reveal trailer for the game here.
They've also got a new trailer out that digs into the Carnival of Bullets single-player mode which you can view below. It wont be a very substantial mode (it seems to be mostly an assembly of shooting carnival games) but it's got a great sense of style and well, it's free. If nothing else it should serve as a decent entry-point to the game for those interested in the multiplayer.
