iPhone 3G S Specs Leaked

Phil Schiller claimed during his WWDC Keynote Address that the iPhone 3G S was two-times faster than the iPhone 3G, but now there are concrete numbers to back it up.
T-Mobile Netherlands, one of the iPhone carrier partners, has posted a specs page that shows that the 3G S has 256MB of RAM, and a 600 MHz processor. The previous iPhones had a 412MHz processor and 128MB of RAM. Apple generally does not reveal details about its portable devices, and companies like iFixit usually tear the device down to figure it out for themselves.
In any case, whether the numbers mean anything to you or not, it shows that Apple is at least backing up their claim to the āSā in 3G S.

@beehunt76 - no, but they generally update ipods in a dedicated conference closer to holiday season, so speed bumps to the ipod line would be logical

Does anyone know if they also increased the specs on the iPod touch?
