Rumor: iPhone 4.0 OS Data Suggests iChat
The folks over at AppleInsider have started the week off on the right foot with some tantalizing insight into some of the things we can hopefully expect once OS 4.0 becomes available this summer.
Through the employment of the dark arts and a little old fashion data mining, developers currently goofing on the yet to be released operating system discovered that iPhone users will soon be enjoying the ability to link multiple contacts into a single unified contact list.
Better still, Italian website iphonehacks.it has revealed iChat sounds nestled away in an OS 4.0 folder, lending more credence to the theory that iChat for iPhone may very well become available to iPhone users in the not so distant future.
