If you've even a passing interest in iPhone 4, you'll know that despite a series of technical glitches with AT&T's ordering system, the units set aside by Apple for pre-order were spoken for faster than poop through a goose, leaving many individuals with an earnest desire to own the handset frustrated and waiting for an opportunity to make their purchase. Where can one turn to in order to vent their lack-of-iPhone rage? Don't worry friends, you needn't look any further than eBay.
The ever-vigilant TechCrunch points out that in taking a visit to the auction site right, they were able to find upwards of 400 independant sellers flogging iPhone 4s for prices that would make the cost of purchasing the handset from AT&T or the Apple Store seem downright reasonable. Our personal favorite? The fly-by-night fellow that's flogging a 32GB iPhone 4 for the low, low cost of $5000. While the seller didn't take the time to attach a picture to the ad, there is the promise of the phone being "hand delivered."

What's your opinion, dear readers: Is this just a bunch of capitalists doing what capitalists do best, or are these folks ruining it for those of us that just want to find an ember of tech happiness in amongst the ashes that make up the rest of our lives?
