The awesome developers over at Kairosoft have revealed that their next iOS release will be a port of their Android game, Grand Prix Story. It's a fairly well regarded game, but the release will come with a catch.
The catch is that this will be a Japan-only release for the time being. However, the game already has an English language version up and running on the Android Marketplace so it wouldn't make much sense at all if an iOS version never came to the West.
The game is fairly similar in concept to other Kairosoft games. Grand Prix Story places you in the role of the manager of a racing team, and tasks you with leading them to victory on the track. We're very much hoping this game gets a release in the US App Store. Given the large cult fanbase Kairosoft has developed in the West over the past year, we're very confident it will happen.
