We're not entirely sure how we feel about these leaked screenshots of iWork for the iPhone. On one hand, we'd be able to be super productive while protectively clutching our phones on the bus ride to work. On the other hand, we'd never be able to put work down. Regardless, the idea of Pages running on an iPod touch brings a smile to our face. There are rumors that the app is currently beta testing, though how close we are to an actual release of iWork is not exactly known.
Of course, we've got iMovie to play with until then, which also leads us to believe that this is the beginning of quite a pattern from Apple. Imagine all of our favorite iLife software arriving full fledged on our iDevices. Heck, we may never even need computers again!
Just kidding. Anyway, an iPhone version of iwork has been hinted at and referenced to by Apple, though we're not sure if it's exactly intentional. The iPhone 4 is a very powerful device, so if iWork does arrive, we'd most appreciate the ability to get some work done while we're on the go, without having to tow around our laptops and iPads.
