Mac Clones Strike Again; This Time, They Have Blu-ray

You think Psystar would’ve learned after their first attempt at building Mac Clones and landed them in court. Nope. The independent computer manufacturer is attempting even more drastic feats. This time, they’re releasing Mac clones equipped with Blu-ray optical drives and Nvidia’s GeForce 9800 GT.
Psystar decided to include Blu-ray on their “open computers” after Steve Jobs expressed his apprehension for including the feature in future models.
The company will begin shipping the Open Computers with a 6x Blu-ray writer and a 512MB GeForce 9800GT, despite the fact that they are still in negotiations with Apple over their previous
Mac Clone shenanigans.

One can buy a Blu-ray drive for Macs already. The fact that Psystar has a Blu-ray optical drive option isn't a big deal. You still couldn't watch Blu-ray movies on it.
If the story is that Blu-ray playback is possible on these clones, THAT'S news.
