Today Apple released software for the Magic Mouse for Snow Leopard and Leopard.

The Wireless Mouse Software Update 1.0 will bring the awesome to your desktop without making you buy a new iMac.

 Install this software to take advantage of your Magic Mouse special features. Mac OS X 10.5.8 is required before installing this update.

About Wireless Mouse Software Update 1.0 for Snow Leopard

 Install this software to take advantage of your Magic Mouse special features.  Mac OS X 10.6.1 is required before installing this update.

Might get one, still love my Logitech VX Nano and MX Revolution, but I'm going to give the Apple Magic Mouse a try.
