Microsoft and Apple users are known for battling it out for best operating system, but it looks like 10% of Microsoft's employees have already made their pick.
According to DailyTech, Microsoft recently instated a new rule where it will only pay for employees cellphones if they're using a Microsoft-powered device--a problem for those who rely heavily on their iPhones.
A tip from the Wall Street Journal article on the same topic mentions that about 10% (roughly 10,000) of Microsoft employees access their work email using an iPhone.
DailyTech also mentions that spokespeople for Microsoft have stated that the employees are using the devices in order to "understand the competition".
