Most Apple Store Customers Merely Satisfied with Window Shopping Experience

Admittedly, the Apple Store is like one of those train wreck As Seen on TV stores, where you've got to take a detour and walk through the store on your journey through the strip mall. Except, you know, the stuff in the Apple Store is actually desirable and pretty to look at, and we're pretty sure they dust that place on a regular basis.
Anyway, All Things D is reporting that most Apple Store customers are satisfied even if they didn't buy anything. According to Yankee Group analyst Carl Howe, "72 percent of consumers [said they] are highly satisfied with Apple products and services, even if they don't own any Apple products."
So, really, the window shopping experience seems to really help Apple's brand. Apple's recent "Apple Store 2.0" revamp will certainly add to that element. "I think the bottom line is that the changes just set Apple's already best-in-class shopping experience even farther ahead of its competitors," Howe says in the article. "And that type of differentiated shopping experience just drives customer brand loyalty up."
And loyal we are, Howe. Loyal we are.
