Netflix has officially released an iPad application for viewing movies, leaving many iPhone owners wondering when they'll get some love.
The application, which appeared in the iTunes App Store earlier today, is available for free download. According to the description, the application will allow Netflix members with an unlimited membership to watch streaming movies on their iPads. Members will also be able to manage their queue right from the device.
There's no word yet if you'll be able to view movies over via 3G connection, but judging by past experience with video streaming applications over the AT&T network, this will probably be unlikely.

I was one of the lucky few to get my hands on an iPad last week and I must say, so far so good. It's an incredible piece of technology and I think it will change the way we read, watch movies, listen to music and more. I just want to find more apps and sites related to iPad, which seem to be hard to trace online. The best thing about iPad is going to be video and HTML5. Most of the video sites such as youtube and vimeo can be accessed by the iPad and I think it'll improve the ultimate viewing experience.
