In stark contrast to the news that Adobe gave us yesterday, Microsoft
announced that Office 2008 for Mac will work seamlessly with the Snow
Leopard upgrade. According to the Mac Mojo blog at the Microsoft Mac Business Unit, Snow Leopard will play nice kitty with Office 2008, and even fixes some problems that occurred in Leopard with Spaces and Word 2008.
It's great to see that Microsoft can design code that won't break with an OS upgrade. What's that? Microsoft is also saying that we should use Entourage 2008 instead of the integrated Exchange Support that's in Snow Leopard? Well, I take back all of the great things I said about them!
