There are tons and tons of app sales going on starting today and lasting all weekend long (and sometimes a bit less than that), but we grabbed a couple from the larger shops who are doing blanket discounts and some smaller highlights in there too. With all the shopping going on today, we figured you'd take your time to getting around to checking out the best app sales, so here you go. Cut yourself another slab of pie, fire up the App Store, and get ready for some deals.
RDM+ Remote Desktop for Mac and Windows

SHAPE GmbH has sales across the board on their super-helpful productivity and communication apps, and this one will let you get back to your Mac (or your Windows machine) lickety split. Just $1.99 for the iPhone version and a second $1.99 to pick up the iPad version too.
IM+ Pro

SHAPE is also rocking out the price cut on IM+ Pro, their premier cross platform chatter, and it's only $2.99 for the weekend.
iDisplay Mini

The Early Edition 2

If you like the idea of rocking out the news on your iPad in old school newspaper style, then this sale on The Early Edition 2 is just what you're looking for at $0.99.
iArchitect

Plan your dream home and save a fiver doing it as this blueprint app is down to free for the time being on the iPhone version and free for the iPad version as well. Get both and save $11 doing so.
The Elements: A Visual Exploration

One of the apps that knocked people out from the get-go, this is the definitive science text about the elements and it's $4 off now, down to $9.99.
Leonardo da Vinci: Anatomy

Another similarly priced app puts the works of Leonardo da Vinci's anatomy research on your iPad for only $10.
The Waste Land

Lastly from Touch Press, makers of the two apps above, comes the definitive poem of the 20th Century, as done iOS style and it's $9.99 as well.
Hickory Dickory Dock

If it's learning you're after and it's kids you have, try Hickory Dickory Dock and have your kids learn to tell time in an interactive and fun way and don't pay a cent for it.
Mr Mood

The holidays are no time to muck around with bad moods. Try Mr Mood for free and track your daily attitude and see if there isn't something you should be taking care of, yourself.

On the Mac end of things, pick up Bento and get your life organized like nobody's business and shave $20 off the ticket. This one's down to $29.99.
Bento 4 for iPad - Personal Database

Pair the Mac version with this iPad app and sync up your organization like nobody's business. It's only a shame they didn't cut the iPhone price too, though this one's at a pocket friendly $4.99.

The app description says Black Friday sale but no more info is available, so whether this price drop disappears shortly or not, we can't say but at $0.99 you should hurry no matter what.

You had to know this one was coming. If you've followed app sales, then you know that every holiday means EA goes slash crazy and puts a ton of their signature games on a price tag diet, so here are just a few of them. Go find your faces.
