Whoever suspected that Apple was a believer in conspiracy theories? The company alleges that Psystar is actually a collective endeavor that includes a number of powerful corporations and individuals banding together in an attempt to bring Apple to its knees.
Following an interesting turn of events in the latest Psystar case, which has been in session since late summer, Apple has filed a motion to amend its complaint regarding Psystar’s violation of the DMCA. Not only have Psystar’s allegations about Apple’s business practices been thrown out of the ring, Apple also claims that “the John Doe Defendants are various individuals and/or corporations who have infringed Apple’s intellectual property rights”.
Psystar has never had a chance in blocking this motion. The company consented to Apple’s complaint, lest they find themselves in a real Clone War.

I have to say, it would be interesting to know who they are. It was a dumb, dumb thing to try to make an example of Apple regarding their own products. It is unbelievable to me how rapidly the Windows stranglehold on the world is eroding, strange, strange times.
