More than a few people have gone so far as to call Real Racing 2 the perfect iOS racing game, and we're pretty much in agreement. It's awesome. And it's about to get a bit more awesomer and perfecter as an update has arrived for the title and it's HD iPad counterpart.
The update features seven new events for the single player campaign for players to indulge in. However, it will also feature some tweaks to the online racing system. For instance, the track selection has seen some changes, and there's now a visual indicator for racers with bad latency.
It's not a huge update, but anything that expands on the Real Racing series is good news for racing fans. The series has been of the highest quality since the first release and it's good to see Firemint continuing to support the product. If you haven't seen fit to check out the Real Racing series you should do yourself a favor and remedy that (if you're a racing fan.) Despite the corny name, its quality is unassailable.
