Rumor: 17-inch MacBook Pro and Mac mini are Coming
AppleInsider has confirmed with their super-secret sources that Apple will be introducing a 17-inch unibody Macbook Pro that will include a battery situation similar to that of the MacBook Air.
The not user-replaceable battery is allegedly going to sport an additional 50% battery time. Both the MacBook Pro and MacBook contain user replaceable batteries, while the MacBook Air's battery needs to be replaced by Apple, or via removing the screws holding the battery in.
In addition to a new MacBook, Apple is expected to introduce the previously reported Mac mini with an NVIDIA chipset, FireWire 800, a fifth USB port, and both the Mini DVI connector and Mini DisplayPort.

If the Mac Mini has a Mini DisplayPort then a complete Apple-band desktop (that ISN'T an iMac) will be just under two thousand bucks.
As large as the price tag is, I can definetly see the perks of having a Mac Mini attatched to a LED Display, for some reason, I would feel like I'm using a Mac Pro, since the display wont take a CD in the side. Lol.-Kevin DuncanĀ
