Engadget is reporting that a large Apple store has installed some 4G LTE equipment, and has the photo to back it up. According to the report and Engadget's exclusive source, the LTE equipment was recently installed by AT&T.

Apparently the equipment only supports frequencies that AT&T plans to use for LTE -- providing the purchase of T-Mobile goes through.
The source also revealed to Engadget that all Apple stores "in the region" are now hiring with a goal to increase sales staff by 30 percent immediately; this alleged hiring spree would be in addition to the normal seasonal hiring that occurs toward the end of the year.
Just yesterday we reported on a rumor suggesting the next iPhone would support 4G LTE, based on an alleged leak of an iOS test build from one of Apple’s major carrier partners.
