Rumor: iPod nano Loses Baby Fat, Joins B-Ball Team
Posted 07/30/2008 at 12:39:51pm | by Roberto Baldwin

According to iLounge sources, the new iPod nano will shed its Danny Devito form factor for a taller Arnold Schwarzenegger look.

The taller, skinnier, look will allow for a wider screen, that according to iLounge, will resemble the Zune 4GB/8GB. Blasphemy aside, the new, taller nano would retain its click wheel and users would tilt the device on its side to watch their favorite episodes of Flight of the Conchords.

As with all rumors, you should ingest this with a grain of salt.

Apple is expected to release new and updated iPods in September.

Can't be any worse than the stubby iPod nano rumor just before the third gen models dropped.

Seems like an odd step backwards going from stubby to tall once more.

I hate the way the screen looks. it bugs me so much. theres NO WAY the nano will be updated plus why the 2nd gen nano shouldn't you do it to the 3rd gen or make a 4th gen nano!! ~Reid~
