After so many stops and starts, lately we have been pondering what will come first, the iPhone 5, or a white iPhone 4? Or perhaps even a white iPhone 5? Well, it would seem we may actually see a white iPhone 4 soon, according to a report out today, which would keep in line with Phil Schiller's original hints of a white iPhone 4 due out this spring.
According to three people familiar with the plans, Apple should begin selling the infamous phone within the next few weeks. Said version will be available for both AT&T and Verizon Wireless customers by the end of April said one of the sources, who could not be identified due to the plans not having been made public yet. The release of the device had been stalled due to its paint peeling under heat.
If the release is indeed upon us, it could add further speculation that a next generation iPhone may not be released until later in the year. White has been a fairly popular color for Apple products, having been available for the iPhone 3GS, and the new iPad 2.
What do you think readers? If the white iPhone 4 finally does see the light of day, will you be out to the stores to scoop it up? Or, given the delay, is it now a "yawner" for you? Feel free to leave your thoughts below!
