Nik Software is giving away its powerful photo app Snapseed for free, but only for two more days. The promotion, part of Apple’s 72hr App Store on Facebook free app program, started yesterday at 12 noon (PST) and will run through 12 noon (PST) on Friday.
Snapseed, which usually sells for $4.99, is a photo editing, enhancing, and sharing app, full of a lot of robust features. It is designed for the everyday user and includes the ability to take photos, enhance them with slick effects, and show them to the world through a broad range of sharing options.
Snapseed is a universal app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, uses simple touch screen gestures to control everything. It’s a great photo app at its regular price, and was iTunes “App of the Week” last month; if you haven’t tried it yet, getting it for free is definitely worth a shot.

Snapseed is available as a free download from the Apple App Store right now.
