Snow Leopard Box Leaked?

Annndddd, it’s time for the “who can comment PHOTOSHOPPED fastest” part of our daily news coverage. MacRumors has received a set of pictures that are purportedly the official boxing for OS X Snow Leopard, or at least the Portuguese version.

But seriously, there are a couple things wrong with this. First, it’s really really bland. One would think Apple might want to at least put the X on it, like, you know, every other OS X box. This would also be a first for putting an actual cat on the box, even though all of the other OS X versions were cats as well.

Secondly, the back art is the “wall of apps” that Apple had on display at WWDC. Yes, the app store and its 1.5 billion downloads are impressive, but have nothing to do with Snow Leopard.
Or, we could be wrong, and this could mean 10a432 is indeed GM, and Snow Leopard is ready to go. If we're right though, whoever takes the time to photoshop a box needs to find a better hobby.

The tiled images behind the macbook pro they show are definitely the icons for the built in OS X programs, but its horribly repeated (not Apple's style). Also, the spacing in between the 3 columns of text below the MBP are unevenly spaced- something I'm really hoping Apple's design team would have caught. In addition to that, in the first image, the texture of the material of the "packaging", especially shown in the highlight, looks like inkjet photo paper. If this is really Apple's work- they just don't care about good design or good packaging anymore.
