Surprise, Surprise: Apple Really Is Hosting Jan. 27 Event
Rumor no more: As has been widely speculated upon for weeks, Apple today made its January 27 media event official.
Mac|Life has received an e-mail invitation for an Apple media event on January 27th to show off their “latest creation” (as seen in the invite above). As rumored, the event kicks off in San Francisco at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater at 10 am PST.
We were beginning to think that maybe the rumor-mongers had it wrong after all.
So, what do our dear readers think? Apple tablet at long last or something totally new…?

some people may think that the question would be, why would apple make a tablet but i think the question is, why apple would not make a tablet and i think if you find the answers to that question you might figure out what apple has up their sleeves

I was wondering if there is any possible way to gain access to the event? Iv'e been on the Yerba Beuna Center for the Arts website and this is not on their calendar. :(
