Attention Gleeks! Today you'll have the opportunity to take your Glee fandom to an all-new level. The makers of the ultra-popular iOS series Tap Tap Revenge have announced they've released a new installment: Tap Tap Glee.
Tap Tap Revenge is a series of rhythm-based music games that are fairly similar to Guitar Hero. Players have to tap the screen in rhythm to the song.
The game is currently free-to-play, but only provides three songs with the free version. An additional 50 songs are available through in-app purchase. It's also got a bunch of other smaller features for Glee fans like "yearbook" with character bios.
“There has never been an artist-branded Tap Tap game with the breadth of music, features and social media integration that Tap Tap Glee has, and that really speaks to the unique premise of the show and its music,” said Tim O’Brien, VP of Business Development and Marketing for Disney Mobile. “This game brings together two of the most popular franchises in music to create a must-have gaming experience for all GleeKs.”
The game is being released to tie in with Glee: The 3D Concert Movie which is releasing August 12th.
