When your company continually grows by leaps and bounds, you gotta have room for all those employees, right? Apple sure thinks so. Due to said growth, Cupertino Mayor Gilbert Wong has mentioned to the San Jose Mercury News that Apple executives are already in the planning stages for a third Apple campus, after completion of the "spaceship" campus.
The "spaceship" building has been dubbed Apple Campus 2. Cupertino city officials have suggested that a sculpture of Steve Jobs be a part of the plans for the second campus.
Details of the third campus have yet to be announced, and Apple declined comment.
Cupertino city officials were to hold a public hearing on Apple Campus 2 this evening at 6:30pm PST.
