Today Is A Good Day To Get Sued! -- By Apple

In a total badass Klingon move, computer maker Quo is all set to open a Mac-clone store in LA on June 1, lawsuits be damned.
Yes, they know about Psystar got p0wned, and then double-p0wned, when they tried to bust into the Mac-clone market. But this is totally different, they insist. First of all, they say their product is beautifully designed. Second, they are going to have awesome customer support. So... yeah. Totally different.
Quo will start with three desktop systems, starting under $900 (oh, that's different), all with Leopard preinstalled. How they'll get around the end-user license agreement -- which specifies that OS X will only run on Apple systems -- remains to be seen. According to quotes from their founder, Rashantha De Silva, they're totally expecting to be sued.
So this oughta be interesting.
