Trent Rejoices -- nin access Approved

NIN front man, and at least one Mac|Life editor's favorite Mac user, Trent Reznor just proclaimed via Twitter that Apple has approved the nin access app update. Trent reports that the app update was unchangedand that. "the "issues" seems to have been resolved."

See what a few cuss words will do? Earlier this week, Trent was livid with Apple's decision to reject the nin access app update because of "objectionable" content. Namely a link to the song "Closer" with all its F-bombs about animals.

Soon afterwards, rumors began to swirl that Apple was going to implement parental controls for iTunes App Store purchases. The controls would open the gates for more "adult" content in the store. Parents could make sure their kids only use kid-friendly apps, and adults could download all the swear-filled apps they can handle.

Finally, our national nightmare is over.
