One of our favorite iOS developers, PopCap Games, just let us know that they're currently holding a charity auction with some nice goods and pictures for their fans. All of the proceeds of the sale will be going to charity, and the fans have opened up their pocketbooks for the good cause.
There's only about three hours left in the auction as of this writing so if you get the chance you should get out into the field, affix your monocle and get in on that auction. Some of the items have reached as high as $400+ while others are still embarrassingly low. There's a Peggle concept sketch that's only going for around $80, and a wood canvas painting of Peggle's Bjorn that's still under $100.
So if you're the kind of person who doesn't mind having a unicorn painting in their living room then we need you to get out there and bid! If you've come across this article after the bidding has ended the auctions are still well worth checking out. Some of them are pretty neat little items. We may need to place down a bid on that sweet looking Dr. Zomboss concept art pictured above, just $200!
There aren't a huge amount of auctions available, so let's hope these items sell as well as PopCap is hoping so they hold more of these.
Update: The new batch of auctions can be found here. There are some good items this time around, including a Plants vs. Zombies Peashooter costume! Very dapper. The auctions will continue to benefit the Starlight Children's Foundation and SpecialEffect of the UK. Both of which benefit children with serious illnesses.
