For those of you about to rock, VEVO salutes you by making their music video streaming service available through a new free app now in the App Store.

If you're jonesing for music video content on the go, but don't feel up to navigating the horrific lip-synced fan tributes and poor quality transfers polluting YouTube to find the real deal, VEVO Mobile's got your back. Offering a hefty catalogue of 20,000 on demand music videos to draw your fix from, VEVO mobile not only allows you to take in the tunes one-by-one, but also enables you to create music video playlists to keep the party going. You can even share/inflict your musical tastes on your friends via Facebook or Twitter.

One of the sweetest parts of a pretty sweet looking app is VEVO's Ask:Reply feature, which allows the application's users to put the screws to some of the biggest artists out there today. If you've got a burning question for Ke$ha that's been keeping you up at night, your chance to finally get it off of your chest has arrived.

It's worth noting that currently, the app is only available to Canadian and American App Store clients. And while the VEVO Mobile runs like a champ on iPod Touch and iPhone, VEVO tells us that they're currently working on a native version of the application for the iPad.

Having only just launched and already boasting so many great features, we can't wait to see what the app will have in store down the road.
