O2 is firing employees who sold their discounted iPhones. Employees, who receive a 20 percent discount on the iPhone, were caught selling the device on eBay.
About half a dozen employees were let go by he mobile carrier and 20 more are under investigation.
Considering how easy it is to conceal your identity on eBay, we're guessing someone spilled the bean on the whole deal. Or someone got greedy. For example, if one guy is buying five iPhone but still using a Motorola phone, that could raise some suspicions. We're not saying we know someone who did that. We're just speculating.
