iLuv's iCC74 Clear Hard Case is clear plastic with openings and cutouts for all the iPhone's buttons and switches. We really liked its low-key logo on the back and how easy it is to remove from the iPhone (scoring a 2 out of 10 on the scale of tricky removals). 

But if we were going to redesign it at all, we'd add some kind of padding between the inside of the case and the phone. And we'd make the dock opening much larger -- the whole top of the case is open, but the opening for the dock port is a lot smaller, which just seems backward to us.
