Used this "how to" last year to create a flash video. Just came back as I had to do it again and wanted to make sure I get it "right". But where has the video gone?

Hi,
I use my computer to create videos to earn a living. I'm a big fan of VisualHub, unfortunately, they closed their doors last year. I still use it and I have a backup just in case. However my question is, this seems like a compatible replacement. Would you suggest it?
