Google has officially announced public support for CalDAV protocol in Google Calendar. The new update will allow you to sync Google Calnedars and iCal.

Ah, the humble iMac. It’s not as light as the MacBook Air, not as fast as the Mac Pro, and not as portable as the MacBook. Despite the iPhone’s tendency to grab all the attention of late, Apple is clearly still dedicated to its core business of making computers, and the latest round of iMacs are great-looking, solid machines. Once we set up the new 24-inch 2.8GHz iMac in our lab, it got admiring looks from nearly everyone who passed by, and, in fact, the Mac|Life test unit is already responsible for at least a few 24-inch iMac sales that we know of.

Perhaps the greatest part about the new AirPort Express is simply that Apple brought back the AirPort Express—the previous edition had all but disappeared from store shelves, and Internet message boards buzzed with worry that Apple was discontinuing it altogether. Luckily, those fears were unfounded: The new AirPort Express does everything the old model can, and it features the fastest Wi-Fi standard (802.11n) and ProxySTA, which acts as a bridge between wireless and Ethernet networks without requiring you to set up a Wireless Distribution System (WDS).
