Nastiest Headphones Challenge
This one is for music lovers and people who hold on to things for possibly a bit too long. Shure has given us a sweet set of SE420 Sound-Isolating Earphones ($399.99, www.shure.com), but we want them to go to someone who really, really needs new ’phones. So to prove you’re that someone, send us a photo (JPEGs only, please) of your current headphones. The shot of the oldest, most broken-down, grossest, shoddiest, “I can’t believe you put those on your head” ’phones will win their owner total musical bliss in the form of the SE420s.
The prize: Shure’s SE420 Sound Isolating Earphones ($399.99) feature dual MicroSpeakers—a dedicated woofer and tweeter in each earbud—for premium sound while blocking out the outside world.
